Solved: issue adding treatment files

The error was solved Mar 13th at 6:45 pm CET and SITS Registry should be back to running normal again. Existing treatment files are safe and have not been lost

Users have experienced problems where new treatment files could not be entered in SITS Registry today and also during the weekend. It was caused due to an update we made last week.
